Your practice is…
Supportive & Friendly
When your newest dream client opens the door & steps foot in your practice, they’re greeted with -
warm smiles, the scent of citrus & mint, & bright, clean spaces.
They immediately feel -
welcomed, supported, & totally taken care of!
You may have heard hushed conversations about -
how calm they feel
& how they need to get their [insert: family member, friend, or boss] in here ASAP!
This is great news!
Why?
Because it makes us providers feel so good when clients enjoy their time at our practice.
We want them to feel heard, seen, & understood.
And we especially want them talking about us! (It’s the best free marketing there ever will be!)
Now that you realize how all those pieces up top work together to create your thriving practice personality—
It’s time you kick that up a notch in your website copy!
When your potential clients scan the internet for their preferred provider, you want them to jump-stop when they find your practice website.
They should be thinking,
“I like the sound of this place! How do I book an appointment?”
When you highlight your practice personality, your dream clients will flood the place!
Discovering what makes a practice (& provider) unique gives clients something to bond to.
You are the secret sauce they’re scouring the internet for.
Now that you’ve discovered what makes you—you, it’s time to add some pizzazz to your website words.
(Don’t look at me with that face—I have a special resource being delivered very shortly to your inbox that gives step-by-step directions.)
What clients may not know is -
that you spend so much time making sure others are ok, but it’s so hard to make yourself a priority
& you have a million projects going on—with no time to complete them.
That does NOT need to end up in your website copy!
It can be our little secret.
This would probably be a good time to introduce myself (since we’re now in this thing together)...
I’m Brittany Herzberg (or B) - website copywriter for healthcare providers.
After building a successful massage practice, I realized most of my clients booked with me because of my website.
Other healthcare friends asked me to help them with projects & loved what I sent back.
They were strangely shocked at my speed of completing tasks, the communication throughout the process, & mostly—how I seemed to nail their voice.
That inspired me to ask my massage clients: What do you like about my website?
Every one of them answered with 1 of the following:
I really got to know you on your site!
It was so easy to navigate your website.
You were one of the first results Google gave me.
So here I am sharing with you that
SEO + Personality = Visibility
Because people need to find your website.
And then find their way to your office.
Some things you should highlight in your website copy (all of the words on your website):
- That incredible skill you have of L I S T E N I N G (News flash: this isn’t a thing all providers have. You’re special. Own it. Talk about it. Your clients are looking for it.)
- client testimonials (this social proof comforts clients & validates your expertise & practice vibe)
- show your face (humans are curious & clients want to know who they might be working with)
(→ Psst: don’t forget the extra fun & helpful resource I’ll be emailing you oh-so-soon. It includes MAJOR bonus tips!)
Your site isn’t a set it & forget it kind of business asset.
Practice websites are like puppies.
You have to water them, give them food, & play with them like ...once a week.
(Please play with actual doggos more than once a week!)
And...
There are lovely helpers (like doggie daycares & pet sitters) who would be thrilled to take over some of those tasks!
You don’t have to do this alone.
It takes a village, right?
Who should you have in your village?
A copywriter!
Your words are the one thing that show up everywhere. On your website, in blog posts, social media posts, & podcast pitches.
So they need to be G-double O-D—Good.
They serve to validate your expertise.
They have to highlight your practice personality AND remain professional.
(Your website words should be so clear Google could understand them & send the best clients your way.)
