Levo - developed by my friend and personal PT - is an online workout subscription. All about Safely building Strength and moving your body in helpful ways. Designed for all ages and abilities, it’s really the perfect workout for anyone!

I firmly believe this was the greatest purchase for my practice in 2020. The Molekule air purifier. They’re running Black Friday specials already - better jump on it!
